The corrections log
When we publish a wrong fact, the correction is a new dated record, never a silent edit. Each entry says what we published, what was true, and in plain language why it happened. The log is append-only; entries never disappear.
No published corrections yet. This is not a claim of perfection; it means no published fact has yet been found wrong under the correction standard that took effect with this log. When one is, it appears here dated, with its reason, and stays forever. An empty log you can audit beats a clean record you have to trust.
How this stays honest: corrections are their own labeled record class in the same dated, hash-chained event store as everything else, so a correction cannot be quietly dropped without breaking the chain. The methodology page defines the standard.
